Four others wounded in Thailand
Associated Press : Masked gunmen killed six Cambodian laborers, including an eight-months pregnant woman, and wounded four others in southeastern Thailand, a newspaper reported Sunday. The two unidentified attackers shot the workers in their living quarters behind the Para In Ten Angkhana furniture factory in Rayong province, the Bangkok Post reported. Police were told of the shooting early Saturday and discovered the bodies of five of the victims at the scene. Five other Cambodians wounded in the shooting were taken to a hospital, where one of them died, the report said. The victims were all from the Cambodian province of Battambang and had worked at the furniture factory for four years, it said. One of them was an employment broker for Cambodians wishing to work in Rayong, according to the Post.
